Return Policy


Returns must be pre-authorized by Finum on a case by case basis with a Return Authorization Number. Please read and follow the information here in after noted.

Returns can only be approved in the following cases:

In case of Damaged or nonfunctional product caused by us.

Immediate notice of defects shall be given in writing upon discovery of a defect at america@finum.com. In such case the Buyer´s request must be made at most within fifteen (15) calendar days from the product´s date of arrival at the place of destination.

Once your return is authorized and approved, we'll get you a replacement of the same or similar product.

Please note that disposable paper filters are non-returnable goods. For this cases you must notify Finum within five (5) business days from the product´s date of arrival at the place of destination. The approval is solely under Finum´s discretion. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition(s) received.

No return will be accepted if the damage is caused by misuse or non-household use of the products.

 

In case of wrong delivery caused by us.

In such case the customer must inform Finum within ten (10) calendar days from the goods date of arrival at the place of destination, otherwise we cannot guarantee to accept a return. Additionally, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

How to proceed:

 

Firstly, please notify and explain your case to our customer service at america@finum.com. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase in order to verify coverage. Please retain purchase receipts for your records.

 

Our team will be happy to assist you and assess whether a Return Authorization Number will be provided.

 

Our team will also provide you the address where your return must be sent.

 

You must attach and clearly mark your Return Authorization Number to the shipping carton(s) and paperwork with your return item(s).

 

Without a valid RAN provided by us, prior to sending the product(s), returns will not be processed and Finum reserves the right to return shipment to customer at customer’s expense. 

 

For products that have been purchased through a Reseller, you must claim to the same Reseller for service and/or replacement. We will not accept claims from resellers’ customers directly.

Shipping:

Your product(s) return(s), should be sent to the address our team will provide you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), except in cases of wrong delivery. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

A 25% restocking fee applies for returns due to customer error and contract cancellations.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds can only be processed in exceptional cases. Therefore, please contact our customer service to assess if a refund can be approved.

When approved your refund would be processed with a credit note or as a discounted amount from your next purchase(s).

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 No refund, or lesser refund, will be given if returned poorly packaged and thus damaged.

 

 

Please consider that refunds or product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges.
